Terms of Service
Effective July 2026. These terms apply to cleaning and janitorial services supplied by Cleaning Plus Janitorial Services LLC ("we", "us") to a client ("you"). Scheduling a job with us — by phone, email, or the site form — means you accept them.
Booking and access
Before any crew is sent we settle the date(s), the scope, and the price. You agree to give us safe, timely access to the property — an open door, a code, a lockbox, or a person on site. If access fails and we cannot start, the visit counts as a late cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Scope and price
Quotes reflect the size and condition of the space as described or seen at a walkthrough. If the real job is substantially bigger or dirtier, we stop and call you to agree any change before continuing — prices are never adjusted silently. All amounts are in U.S. dollars; tips are neither included nor expected.
Our commitments
We come equipped with our own products and machines, work to the agreed checklist, and respect your premises and property. Crew members are vetted. On contract accounts we keep the same team wherever possible so they learn your building.
Liability
If our crew damages something by our own fault, notify us within 48 hours and we will repair it, replace it, or issue a fair credit. We are not liable for pre-existing wear, prior damage, or fragile items that were already failing. Our maximum liability on any claim is capped at the fee paid for the affected visit or billing period.
Payment
One-time cleans are due on completion; contract and recurring accounts are billed on the agreed cycle. We accept the methods arranged when you book. This website never stores full payment card numbers.
Updates and law
We may revise these terms from time to time; the copy shown here is the one in force. Anything unclear can go to the owner at (850) 588-3106 or office@asgardland.shop. These terms are governed by Florida law.
