Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 2026. Cleaning is labor we deliver by hand at your site, so our policy centers on making the work right rather than returning goods.

Fix-it-first guarantee

Spot something we missed? Let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean that area free of charge. We would always rather send the crew back than debate an invoice — a re-clean is our primary remedy on every account, commercial or residential.

When we refund

If a re-clean cannot resolve the problem, we refund the share of the fee tied to the affected work. For a one-time job prepaid in advance, cancel before the crew is dispatched and you are refunded in full apart from any processing fee. After a completed clean, refunds are weighed individually under the guarantee above. Monthly contract fees already worked are not refundable, but you can adjust or end the contract going forward.

Cancelling or moving a visit

Please give us 24 hours to cancel or reschedule — a call or email does it. Short-notice cancellations, or a locked/inaccessible site when we arrive, may incur a $45 trip charge for the reserved crew time and travel. Recurring and contract clients may pause or terminate anytime with notice before the next scheduled service; there is no lock-in penalty.
